What happens when you contact us.

Information you send

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, project type and brief. Organisation, timing and budget are optional.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use the information to assess the enquiry, reply to you and, if we work together, manage the project. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.

How the form is delivered

Cloudflare checks the submission for abuse and sends it to us by email. The website does not keep a separate database copy or store the form in your browser. Once delivered, the enquiry is held in our email system.

Technical logs record the request identifier and whether delivery succeeded, not the text of the brief.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to reply, manage a possible or active project, keep normal business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell the information. Hosting, email and business-service providers may process it on our behalf.

Tracking and cookies

This site has no behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or non-essential cookies. Cloudflare may keep technical request logs for delivery, reliability and security.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about an enquiry, correct it or request deletion where applicable. Email [email protected] with “privacy request” in the subject line.
